Ingredients
- 2 fl oz
- Four Roses Small Batch
- ¾ fl oz
- Honey syrup
- ¾ fl oz
- Lemon juice
- Garnish
- Lemon peel
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Add ice and shake for fifteen seconds, or until cocktail is well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish
Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts honey and hot water. Stir until honey is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
