Bourbon Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 2 oz.
- Four Roses Small Batch
- 1 oz.
- Coconut cream
- 1 oz.
- Pineapple juice
- ¼ oz.
- Lime juice
- Garnish
- Pineapple and lime wheel
Directions
Frozen: Combine all ingredients into a blender, add ice, and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple and lime wheel.
On the rocks: Combine all ingredients into shaking tin. Add ice and shake for fifteen seconds or until cocktail is well chilled and properly diluted. Double strain over fresh ice (kold draft or pebble) into bucket glass. Garnish with pineapple and lime wheel.
