Ingredients
- 1 fl oz
- Four Roses Small Batch
- ¼ fl oz
- Honey syrup
- 3 fl oz
- Champagne or dry sparkling wine
- Garnish
- Lemon twist
Directions
Combine Bourbon, honey syrup, and sparkling wine in a chilled flute. Stir to incorporate. Garnish
Honey Syrup:
Combine equal parts honey and hot water. Stir until honey is dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for future use.
