Palette & Proof: Valentine's Day Event

It Started with a Love Story: Meet us at Four Roses in celebration of Valentine’s Day to learn about the passion behind our bourbon, while crafting your own keepsake bottle.

Bring your palette for delicious bourbons and your creativity! Learn about the love story of the past and passion of today behind Four Roses Bourbon, while creating a hand-painted keepsake to remember for years to come. The evening includes an intimate tasting experience led by our Master Distiller, Brent Elliott, offering a curated taste of some of our most sought-after bourbons.

In addition to the decorating and tasting experiences, each ticket includes your own bottle of Four Roses Private Selection ($100 value), personal charcuterie box, a welcome cocktail, and gift. Additional Valentine’s themed cocktails will be available for purchase at Bar 1888. Our retail shop will be open throughout the event—perfect for finding that special gift for someone you love.

From 5-7:30 p.m. guests will enjoy sipping themed cocktails while customizing a bottle of Four Roses Private Selection to create a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted memento. The tasting experience will be offered at two times during the event: 5.15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. and guests will be able to select their preferred tasting time during the purchase process.
