MMC Lottery Terms and Conditions
- Offer applies to current Mellow Moments Club (MMC) members only.
- You must be at least 21 years old to participate. This lottery is only available to residents of the US.
- One entry per MMC member will be accepted.
- Lottery allows MMC member to purchase one (1) bottle, not to win a bottle at zero cost.
- Retail price is $199.99.
- Offer is non-transferable and cannot be deferred to another MMC member.
- No substitutions allowed for pick up. Lottery winner/MMC member must be present to redeem.
- The lottery winner must be present with valid ID to redeem.
- Pick-up allowed September 14 – October 15 only, at the Four Roses Distillery location.
- Bottles may not be purchased over the phone.
- Lottery winners will receive further communication on September 7.
- Pick-up not available at Four Roses Warehouse & Bottling Facility (Cox’s Creek).
- If pick-up times are not honored, bottle will be forfeited.
- Each bottle will be signed by Master Distiller Brent Elliott, exclusively for MMC members.
